Lawrence J. Fox is
the former chairman of the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and
Professional Responsibility, and a spokesperson on behalf of the ABA on
ethics in the legal profession. As the former chair of the ABA's Section
of Litigation, he has participated fully in the major issues affecting
litigators and the litigation civil justice reform, alternative dispute
resolution, the integrity of the adversary process, the role of women
and minorities in the profession and related issues.
He is a partner of
Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP,
where he has
practiced continuously since 1972, concentrating principally in the area of
securities litigation.
Ronald Rotunda
co-authored the most widely used course book on legal ethics,
Problems and Materials on Professional
Responsibility, and is the
author of a leading course book on constitutional law, Modern Constitutional Law
He is the author of
Legal Ethics: The Lawyer's Deskbook on Professional Responsibility.
Rotunda is
also the co-author (with John Nowak) of
Treatise on Constitutional Law.
He is also the author of several other books and more than 200 articles in various law reviews,
journals, newspapers, and books in this country and in Europe.
These books and articles have been cited more than 1000 times by
state and federal courts at every level, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Rotunda has been interviewed on radio and
television on legal issues, both in this
country and abroad.
He chaired the subcommittee that drafted the ABA's Model
Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement; is a member of the
Publications Board of the ABA Center for Professional
Responsibility since 1994; was a member of the ABA Standing
Committee on Professional Discipline (1991-1997); and was Liaison
to the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional
Responsibility (1994-1997).
Ira Tiger
is a member and former chairman of the Litigation Services Department
at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis.
He presently chairs the firm's Standing Committee on Professional Conduct and co-chairs the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group.
Mr. Tiger has a diversified litigation practice and has handled antitrust, business torts, commercial, defamation, entertainment, products liability, RICO and securities litigation, among others. He handles matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as an arbitrator and mediator for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
